A full survey is followed on each fleet vehicle and the server is then updated with detail of what needs to be attended on each vehicle.
The job is then sent straight to the clients office, a job sheet is created and a trained fitter visits the client and undertakes all the necessary jobs as listed on the job sheet.
Once the fitter is happy that all jobs are carried out the job sheet is completed and a torque tag is copied with the info of the job and attached to the door handle of each tractor unit.

Responsibility then transfers to the driver, who needs to have the wheel nuts checked either by an on site engineer or he himself can check and tighten the necessary wheel nuts. The torque tag must then be signed to say the job is complete and it is returned to the office and linked with the original paperwork and job sheet, completing the cycle.
